3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely payment of invoices
• Providing necessary access and materials
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to custom-developed work. BhavaniLabs retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how.
